    My Story


    I am an Aging Well with Less Stress & More Life Specialist for Women, Teacher of Adaptive Yoga and Restorative-Yin Yoga for stress relief for women, and Host of The Your Life Your Way Podcast. What has my journey been like that led me to all of this?


    I am a Mom of twin Sons. They are my greatest gifts, joy, and supporters. For many years, they watched their Mom react to life, and stress was, well, plentiful. I went through careers that didn't bring me fulfillment, struggled horribly with midlife hormone imbalance, watched them both leave for college at the same time, and then I went through a traumatic divorce. I felt lost and didn't yet understand the history of my pain.


    I reached a point where I knew I had to make a choice: remain in suffering or make some changes. I asked myself two questions: What had been my role in MY life? Why?


    I wanted to feel safe being ME always, without feeling guilty or having to defend my choices and decisions. I began to create a new legacy for myself and my sons. (And now Grandson)


    I have learned to trust myself, my choices, my boundaries, and stand by them. HOW??? By finding and understanding the missing links. The history and societal influences show that healing and reducing stress is a mind-body connection, NOT just 'change your thoughts - change your life!'


    This is YOUR LIFE, and it is YOUR GIFT. Design it with your dreams, desires, purpose, and passion. If I could do it, so can you. I am here to support and guide you.


    By reducing your stress and breaking the cycles that keep fueling it, you will also create a path of Aging Well for yourself. Break the cycle of 'old'!

    I love being Grandma!

    I am a lover of adaptive yoga, coffee, walking, biking, horses, music, reading, trees, crystals, energy work, critters of all kinds (except alligators!!), and embracing the possibilities! I enjoy exploring the mind-body connection through my practices and find that these activities provide essential stress relief for women.
